We deliberately keep our coverage tight. A crew that spends the day driving across the Klang Valley fixes fewer problems than one that stays within twenty minutes of the workshop — so we stay south.

Core zone — same-day priority

Bookings from these neighbourhoods confirmed before 3pm are almost always served the same day:

  • Sri Petaling & Bandar Baru Sri Petaling
  • Bukit Jalil & Kinrara border
  • Kuchai Lama & Happy Garden
  • OUG & Taman Yarl
  • Desa Petaling & Salak Selatan

Extended zone — same or next day

A little further out, but still comfortably in range. Morning bookings often land a same-day afternoon slot:

  • Seputeh, Mid Valley & Bangsar South
  • Cheras (Taman Connaught to Taman Midah)
  • Sungai Besi & Bandar Tasik Selatan
  • Puchong (IOI Mall side)
  • Serdang & Seri Kembangan

Outside these areas? Call anyway — for larger jobs like rewiring or re-piping we regularly travel further, and we'll be straight with you about any travel charge before you commit.

Why the tight radius matters to you

Short drives mean honest arrival windows — we quote two-hour slots and hit them — and it means a forgotten part is a fifteen-minute round trip, not a rescheduled job. It also keeps our callout price flat: one rate across the whole coverage map, no fuel surcharges.
