Rewiring & Electrical Safety

Electricity gives warnings before it causes fires: breakers that trip at night, plates warm to the touch, a faint fishy smell near sockets. We take those warnings seriously — and find the cause.

Licensed work, tested and tagged

All electrical jobs are carried out by wiremen registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Every circuit we open gets insulation-tested before we close it, and you get the readings in your receipt — proof the work is safe, useful when you sell or rent the property.

  • Fault finding for tripping MCBs, RCCBs and blown fuses
  • Distribution board upgrades from old fuse boxes
  • Extra power points, USB sockets and dedicated appliance circuits
  • Partial and full house rewiring, surface or concealed
  • Earthing system checks and lightning-surge protection
  • Pre-purchase electrical inspections for older homes

When is a full rewire actually necessary?

Not as often as some contractors claim. If your home still runs on rubber- or cloth-insulated cable, has no earth wire on power circuits, or shows scorching inside the DB, rewiring is genuinely urgent. But a house from the 1990s with PVC cable usually needs targeted work — a new DB, a few extra circuits — not a full strip-out. We inspect first and tell you which case you're in.

Living through a rewire

A full rewire of a single-storey terrace typically takes our crew three to four working days. We work room by room so you keep power in the rest of the house each evening, protect furniture before chasing walls, and make good all chases with cement render before we leave. Painting is the only thing left to you.
