A water heater is one plumbing job that is really half electrical. Ours is one of the few crews in southern KL that handles both halves in a single visit — piping, wiring, ELCB and all.
Whether your old unit finally gave up or you're upgrading to a pump model for better pressure, we carry popular instant and storage units in the van and can usually swap a dead heater the day you call.
Every heater we touch gets its earth-leakage protection tested with a calibrated tester — not just the test button on the unit. A heater without working ELCB protection is a genuine electrocution risk, and we've found failed breakers in roughly one out of every eight homes we visit. If yours fails, we'll show you the reading and quote the fix on the spot.
Our rule of thumb: if the unit is under five years old and the fault is a heating element, thermostat or shower head, repair it. If the tank body is leaking, or an instant unit has tripped repeatedly even after servicing, replacement is safer and usually cheaper over two years. We'll price both options so the choice is yours, not ours.
